As per my opinion it wasn't a team grief. I threw the grenade to prompt the opponent to change skins so we could begin the engagement, not to harm a teammate. At the time I threw it, the opponent appeared to be typing and was subsequently killed by Sapphire; that kill occurred while Sapphire was out of range when i threw a grenade. If my action had been deliberate team-griefing, Sapphire would have been within the blast radius on the map. This was an unintended incident, not malicious behavior, and I would not deliberately throw a grenade at a teammate to provoke them.
