Command option to close PVP or enable PVP

Why this should be added in my opinion is that some of the players always get targeted especially newbies and so by disabling PVP makes it so the other players can't hurt this player and so neither the player can, it will be good command to use if you're afk for a while or watching other players battle, thats really all so.

It would create many complications and undermine the competitive environment on the server. If everyone starts using it, there will be no players left to fight against.
