he (obviously - based upon video) hit me first, his hit registered early in my screen (Due to his FUCKING INDIAN LAG he wasn't able to notice that) so my anim appeared to be glitchy on his indian lagger side
who hits first = gets up faster

he had shot spas bullets even before my bullets reached him, thats the reason "why" i stood up 1 second earlier.

No he wasn't lagging during that session, I've already checked the logs. Even if he was lagging, it shouldn't make you get up faster... all laggy players would be at a disadvantage if that was the case...

You hit him first that's why he stood up before you. This appears fishy due to lag, nothing else. You can notice standing up anim even while he is moving.
