MarioX shot [KF]Pr0455^ to death while being in admin mode which means the other player couldn't fight him back (immune to damage). 
You can see [KF]Pr0455^ running around and trying to avoid MarioX's shots, and even hides behind.

This is a clear violation of the admin mode which should be neutral and responsible - not being exploited and abused as presented in this case.

A player in admin mode mustn't interact and combat other players in the game while taking advantage of his immunity.

First of all, I'm really curious why is this abuse allowed, especially on reports on this forum:

Zionist bitch(VC_PD3) who deserves to die from Iran, along with his family.

Can I add such foul language to my future reports here? Unless you respond to this specific question I'll take it as a YES.

Secondly, [KF]Pr0455^'s action or "approval" is irrelevant in this case.
Players who see other players break the rules must report - that's how you keep the server functioning.

If I see a player that abuses their admin mode to kill players, I think it's important that this doesn't go unoticed just because it "doesn't affect me".

I'll demonstarte with an example:

Let's say I see a player using a flying hack.
The player doesn't kill me or damage me.
Don't you think the RIGHT thing to do is to record and report?
