FPS Drops/Lagging Gameplay Fixes -- FPS BOOST

Many players been quitting the game just because of lagging / fps drop issues for their game, so There are some Runtimes & Configured files that would for sure boost up some Performance for low end PC Users,

TIPS
Remember that old games like Vice City San andreas, gta 3, and other older games run smooth on Windows 7 comparing to Windows 10 (if) without GPU or in Low pc Specs So it is 100% recommended that you play VCMP on windows 7 if you don't have important works, or heavy privacy attached to your Systems Windows 7 provides flash performance for old games and is configured for low Devices So Make sure you're on Windows 7 if you have low Device if not then try these runtimes on Windows 10 depending on your PC Specs.

Extras
1: Always use Low resolution if (Low end Device)
2: Add gta_vc.exe file into Data Excecution Prevention Feature,
3: Kill useless processes running in background via Task Manager
4: Always turn on your Antivirus (Microsoft Seucurity Essentials) Recommended for Windows 7
5: Keep your display driver up to date, to latest version
6: don't use colorful particles, effects, etc it causes fps drop
7: Tune your PC every day or once a week. Rub parts, Ram, using eraser have some blower on pc parts.
8: Don't install any files in main C: Drive
