Reason of reporting : extremely strange lag, speed hack or possible FPS modification

Extra : I don't believe lag can make a player look so fast (130-140 Ping), watch at 0:21 how fast he runs away so that he's able to successfully escape all the bullets coming at him
at 1:00 you can also see it's likely modified speed, he made a bigger footstep than normal after firing the RPG, in real time he probably could spam the rockets fire more than a normal player could

This could be caused by altered FPS or adjustable player speed (which could be toggled, making him appear normal at times).

FOR AC STAFF: Yesterday I was having some issues with Asian City server although my internet was fine no delay/lag with discord as I was connected with my friends on voice chat... you can clearly see the delay in my provided video when i release rpg or when i use cmds like /buywep & /getcar but later it got fixed. I didn't record full gameplay just few clips with instant replay otherwise i would've provided my side footage.

Yes they should deny because your report is shit. If you had watched my provided footage you would've understood my point, everything is crystal clear.

I don't find any reason for not using these two mods when asian city itself allowing them.
