Extra notes:First of all, the administrator MD619 banned me simply because his clanmate told him that I did CR, he decided to take matters into his own hands without even seeing the video or the report, then when I told him that I would report it he said "I saw it too, and in my video is not even close, (he banned me of course "CR", but it was really a mistake since you can clearly see [VU]DiaZ who gets in front of me just when I am going to hit MD619 with the rocket from afar , I know I have been banned several times and up to 30 days for using RPG in close range but this time it was not like that

Well it actually looks like an accident but I'm a hundred percent sure he did it on purpose, look at his crosshair while shooting the other player his crosshair was pointed upwards but as soon as he saw diaz his crosshair moved downwards and the thing to note here is mostly when rpg accidents occur the player shooting rpg always gets knocked down but here frewp jumped backwards so it's clear he did it on purpose as he always does.

Well I didn't ban him because diaz told me to, but I banned him because I saw that happen too and recorded as well. The ban was issued due to the fact that he has been doing cr repeatedly despite warnings.

As you can see in my pov the incident was covered by the junk slide but it was understood that rpg was shot in close range, As I explained above that how the CR was on purpose but the decisions taken are solely on evidence appearance rather than intentions so here in this case "An admin noticed rule-break infront of him and he took action accordingly but later it turns out a misunderstanding" which is not definitely a power abuse as it it appears to be a rule-break on my side.

Ur error was banning me without proofs and my point of perspective, I told you I have my perspective and it was mistake, and u only banned me without wait even the report or something, later even díaz told u, "wait I will report him and then u ban him" and u didn't even wait something, that is preference and admin abuse, maybe This AC actually staff looks you right and good for your Moderator rank in staff because u are old and something and they thinks do you have experience, but I already know you and u not have the necessary experience for you stay in staff, u only still inmature kid who gets raged when someone make spree on you

Seems accident, @FrewpCraxKeR it happens sometimes it's difficult for the staff to judge your POV.
