That was a close call but in acceptable range

The range is less than 24 meters so it is a close range.

Yes you came back after a long ban duration. You were banned before multiple times before and it was your responsiblity to use it carefully. In sherlock's video, it was quite close, 1 more meter and close range it was. If you were unbanned early, you had to take in account of that and be careful for the next time you used it.

Looking at your records from in AC, you were previously banned 4 times from using RPG and this time, you should be issued a longer ban again but since you came back after a long duration, I am not issuing another ban for 6 months.
