I was spectating you all the time and you didn't do it once. Before doing this particular cr you did cr a few times when I wasn't yet recording.
Here you managed to kill a guy with rocket at 21.5m range which is less than minimum range 24 meters. The range got registered at 21.5 even though you jumped back otherwise it would he even less than 21.5.

1. The ban is absolutely valid since you did cr (on purpose or not is another matter)
2.Go for it and upload your entire gameplay if you are willing to self-report because I haven't made any fake allegations on you.

Ok I will, and even in my gameplay you can see that I shoot vatan in the distance, your logic is quite stupid and absurd, it's like if someone falls from a high place by mistake following your logic is evade and deserves an exaggerated ban? I haven't played in AC since 20 days, and prior to that I hadn't been banned from the RPG for quite some time like 2 months or more, Also 9 times? I can send you the reports if you want and they have only been 4 times and each ban of them has been 2 weeks and the last one they gave me 3 months ago was 1 month, what are you lying lol? You say I did CR all afternoon and you just show a simple mistake I made and then you say I got banned 9 times

Firstly, you did close range using RPG.

Secondly, about the Vatan case, from the video provided by MD it was clear that you shot in between the both guys who were down while Vatan was running on the other side of them. Vatan changed direction after you shot the RPG and he got killed by the impact. Also, with that you jumped immediately after you shot RPG so the range is technically even less than 24 meters.

Thirdly, you have been banned tons of times before close range. In AC, we follow a lenient policy and issue bans with lower time on the grounds that players will learn from their mistake and avoid it in the future. But at the same time, we are not lenient with people who dont learn their mistake and keep on breaking the rules everytime they get unbanned. If we bring up your ban history just from july, here it is:

With such a poor history, you should keep in mind always that a single wrong attempt can lead to very severe circumstances. This is why you were banned for 1 month for doing CR once last time. Doing it again lead to a 2 months ban.
