Extra note: I was banned for using RPG by mistake on a person up close, clearly in the video you can see how I tried to hit vatan and unintentionally the explosion hit signature unintentionally since it was at 10 HP + the range was very close to the limit (was 21.9meters), Lose besides being an accident I should not have used an RPG so close,  but I had just returned from being banned for 20 days, and before that I had already been banned from the RPG for 1 month, The last time the umar administrator in the report I made of MD619 banning me, told me that because I have a history of CR he gave me that time, but people change I think, and for example you can't take my history in my face since all my bans have been above the month, for simple CR's when other players that I will not mention make use of CR thousands of times in AC without the admins noticing, and I for a mistake that I make 1 month ban or 2, then I make another mistake and the same thing is repeated, it is as if from now on I have to be a perfect player using RPG? Firstly, the ban was completely valid and initiated by MD619 so he has the complete right to whether accept your unban or deny it.

Secondly about the rules, it already mentioned in your admin report that in AC, we follow a lenient policy and issue bans with lower time initally that players will learn from their mistake. However, if the same offense is repeated after a player is unbanned, the ban duration is progressively increased for subsequent rulebreaks. This policy has been consistently applied, including in your case. About the RPG range, the rule is well defined. There is a range set to 24 meters and even if only 0.5 meters is less than 24, then it is a close range and violation of the rules.

Thirdly, lets talk about statistics before moving to your latest ban. Here is the list of RPG Bans issued to you in 2024 alone.

Regarding your latest ban, you claimed the incident was unintentional. However, upon reviewing the evidence, it is clear this is not the case. Even if you intended to hit Vatan, your RPG was between 2 players who are engaged in combat. As an old player and taking in account your rpg ban history, you should have avoided using for the moment that it might not hit the players. The core issue remains that hit a guy with RPG within 24 meter range and knowingly that there are 2 players fighting in front of vatan, that is a rulebreak. Considering your huge RPG ban list, you should have been more careful when playing with Rocketlauncher.

With the points I mentioned above, I think it is pretty much clear to you why you were issued longer bans. Taking into account your significant history of bans, including multiple rulebreaks in 2024 alone, you should have been more careful with the usage of RPG.

Lastly, the ban was initiated by MD619 so the decision will be done by him not me. He will post his decision soon.
