not much days ago he got ban for the same Close range in the same place, he is doing it in every moment, not only here he did it in every server https://youtu.be/rFjZ7mkEWqY here some proof about it. He spent the whole morning doing that, not only with me but against several players, I should receive a higher punishment, since I was banned from the RPG after being more than 1 month and a half without receiving any punishment for the RPG, and when I did close range unintentionally, I received 2 months of ban,  and this player only does not connect to the server while he is banned from the RPG and when he is unbanned he returns to the server to do close range again, it is something unfair how these players can do close range whenever they want and only receive little time, even though he has already been reported several times

And in your second video, the staff isn't fool bro, that video is old and he is punished already for that.
