Hi Snake, I'll leave my POV, in my POV you can see that you didn't manage to hit the character that time, it seems like you shot him from the side, it's more a problem of Sync and lag between the two than hacks as you say.

It would be nice if you and your friend could stop making false reports.

The video seems more of a desync. With that, you have also not posted his ping and fps for us. Hence the report is denied due to lack of evidence.
