Extra : This player spends his time evading via fake timeout, here's another test he does even on other servers: https://youtu.be/t_DN6xlRyUw , Leaving timeout once nothing happens to everyone, but twice in a row? and have a history of doing it on other servers every time you get killed?, another point to note is that it always comes back within seconds of leaving timeout.
