Extra : First of all, the player [MKt]ArThaS was killing the player VCCMPPP and when ggummnakhan intervened in the fight, strangely VCCMPPP and [MKt]ArThaS went to a specific location in the middle of the sea, and my question is how this 'new' player knows the gotoloc command in the middle of the sea and knows how to use diepos? The player [MKt]ArThaS is padding stats on the player. He probably told him to let himself be killed and use those commands for spawn in the same loc. It's always his choice. Didn't u start to run when u started to die too? Isn't that authentic?? Give proves that his account was mine or he was my friend and i told him to keep on spawning in front of me. That's what u call stats padding my friend.

To do stats padding it is not necessary that the person is someone you know or a close friend, there are 2 options: either you told them to use diepos and go to that location so they would let themselves be killed and in return you would give them money or whatever for letting themselves be killed, or you abused a noob player who simply didn't want you to kill them, and you going goto him to kill them just to gain more stats while abusing a newbie player, this is considered stats padding my friend. It wouldn't be considered stats padding if at least the player tried to kill you with some weapon or something, in this case the player just stood still doing nothing at a location waiting for you to kill them. Those are the 2 options of what you could have done on this occasion.

Killing newbie is never a stats padd no matter, he shoots u or not. He runs its his choice u r a newbie to me. You run in 1v1 and if i chase u and kill u is that stats padd? Don't forget u got diepos on. Give some logical Reason my friend. This is known as TDM, No matter how the others play he fights or not u can kill him as long as he is not in ur team. KIDDO

While it is true that ArthaS repeatedly killed the same guy but these actions were unplanned. As such, the series of kills and spree fall within the bounds of server rules. Therefore, no server rules were violated at this point.
