The accounts AA_ and =PC= are commonly used from public cafes, so multiple players may appear under similar names. In this case, the player using =PC=[10]. (with a dot at the end) cannot be considered impersonation unless the real owner of =PC=[10] files a complaint.

We only take action when the actual owner reports impersonation, and yes, we will take action if someone is impersonating a well-known VCMP player. Since no such complaint exists here, there is no basis for action.
