RPG spawn per limit Suggestion

Suggestion (Well explained):RPG per spawn limit needs to be implemented as roofers literally ruins the gameplay like monkeies from one roof to another and its pain the ass for many players.
There can be 5-10 rpgs limit per spawn to avoid CR/ruining the plain DM on ground.

@Broly Many players on the server frequently doing cr of all time, and some are players unable to record their gameplay to provide evidence. In my experience playing in CTB, there were clear rules regarding CR: the first offense resulted in a warning, and by the third offense, a three-day ban could be issued. If a player repeatedly committed the same violation or had a history of similar behavior, administrators increased the severity of the ban.

Since many players currently do not record their matches and CR has become increasingly common, I recommend adding a clear rule regarding CR to help prevent these issues and provide consistent enforcement.

-1 You and the whole F2 use RPGs and now you're crying about it because Mark did x72 yesterday with an RPG and yesterday raped. this suggestion is useless because I can easily take 100 RPG bullets and kill you without dying. Or easily when I dont have bullts I can /su and continue killing you, its useless.
